- ข้อมูลการเงินที่คุณบันทึก: รายรับ-รายจ่าย งบประมาณ เป้าหมาย ชื่อบัญชี/หมวดหมู่ รูปสลิปโอนเงิน และไฟล์ CSV ที่นำเข้า

2.2 ข้อมูลที่เก็บโดยอัตโนมัติ
- ข้อมูลการใช้งานและอุปกรณ์: หมายเลข IP ประเภทอุปกรณ์/เบราว์เซอร์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ บันทึกการเข้าใช้ (log) และพฤติกรรมการใช้งานเพื่อพัฒนาบริการ

2.3 ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน
การชำระเงินดำเนินการผ่านผู้ให้บริการประมวลผลชำระเงินมาตรฐานสากล (Opn Payments / Omise Payment Gateway และระบบชำระเงินมาตรฐานสากล) เราไม่จัดเก็บหมายเลขบัตรเครดิตเต็มรูปแบบ บนระบบของเราแต่อย่างใด
3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการประมวลผล
- ให้บริการ ดูแลบัญชี และฟีเจอร์ต่าง ๆ ของแอป
- ประมวลผลการสมัคร การชำระเงิน การต่ออายุ และการคืนเงิน
- ประมวลผลด้วยปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Google Gemini AI API) เพื่อช่วยอ่านค่าและจัดหมวดหมู่รายการจากสลิปโอนเงิน/Statement ตามที่คุณเลือกใช้งาน
- ปรับปรุงคุณภาพบริการ วิเคราะห์การใช้งาน และรักษาความปลอดภัย
- ติดต่อสื่อสาร แจ้งเตือน และให้การสนับสนุน
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและป้องกันการทุจริต
4. ฐานทางกฎหมายในการประมวลผล
เราประมวลผลข้อมูลของคุณบนฐาน: การปฏิบัติตามสัญญา (ให้บริการตามที่สมัคร) ความยินยอม (เช่น การตลาด คุกกี้ที่ไม่จำเป็น การแนะนำสิทธิประโยชน์ Smart Offers) ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย (ความปลอดภัยและการพัฒนาบริการ) และการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย

7. คุกกี้

8. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

เราใช้การเข้ารหัสข้อมูล (encryption) การยืนยันตัวตน 2 ชั้น (2FA) การควบคุมการเข้าถึง และมาตรการทางเทคนิคและองค์กรที่เหมาะสมเพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลของคุณ
10. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ภายใต้ PDPA คุณมีสิทธิ: เข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูล, ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง, ขอลบหรือทำลาย, ขอระงับการใช้, คัดค้านการประมวลผล, ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล, ถอนความยินยอม และยื่นเรื่องร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ติดต่อใช้สิทธิได้ที่ [email protected]
11. ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์
บริการนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง หากพบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมที่ถูกต้อง เราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลนั้น
12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะแจ้งวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดไว้ด้านบน การใช้บริการต่อหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่าคุณรับทราบนโยบายฉบับใหม่

This policy explains how King's Sastra Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we") collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal data of users of the actorio Smart Finance application and website ("the Service"), in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account data: name, email, phone number, and password (stored encrypted).
- Financial data you enter: income/expenses, budgets, goals, account/category names, transfer-slip images, and imported CSV files.
- Support data: content you send us when requesting help.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data: IP address, device/browser type, OS, logs, and usage behavior to improve the Service.

2.3 Payment information
Payments are processed by international standard payment processing providers (Opn Payments / Omise Payment Gateway and standard global payment systems). We do not store full credit-card numbers on our systems.
3. Purposes of Processing
- To provide the Service, manage your account, and operate app features.
- To process sign-ups, payments, renewals, and refunds.
- To use artificial intelligence (Google Gemini AI API) to parse and categorize transactions from transfer slips and bank statements at your request.
- To improve service quality, analyze usage, and maintain security.
- To communicate, send notifications, and provide support.
- To comply with the law and prevent fraud.
4. Lawful Basis
We process your data based on: performance of a contract, consent (e.g., marketing, non-essential cookies, Smart Offers recommendations), legitimate interests (security and service improvement), and legal obligations.
5. Disclosure & Third-Party Processors
We disclose data as necessary to global third-party processors with industry-standard security measures, including: Opn Payments (Omise) (payments), Google Firebase (database & Cloud Storage), Google Gemini API (AI OCR slip parsing), and government authorities when legally required. All processors must keep your data confidential. We never sell your personal data.
6. International Data Transfers (Cross-Border Transfer)
Our databases are hosted on Google Firebase in the asia-southeast1 (Singapore) region and slip parsing is powered by Google Gemini API, using international cyber security standards compliant with PDPA rules.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the website to function, and analytics/preference cookies (e.g., language). You can refuse non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
8. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain data as long as your account is active. If you request to **Delete Account**, we delete or anonymize your personal data from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is legally required (e.g., tax records).
9. Security Measures
We use encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), access controls, and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
10. Your Rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to: access and obtain a copy, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
11. Minors
The Service is not directed to children under 20 without parental consent. If we learn that a minor's data was collected without valid consent, we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will note the last-updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
